    Irenología del "Ho'oponopono"

    Llevo un tiempo leyendo libros de lo que yo llamo “irenologías (estudios de la paz o para la paz) internas”. Principalmente, los conocimientos del "Ho'oponopono". Una técnica hawaiana que divulga el terapéutico mantra “Lo siento – Perdóname – Te amo – Gracias”.

    Es tan sencillo y efectivo que siento que no se pueda añadir mucho más (“Perdóname”). Pero creo que un poeta, o mejor una buena poesía, (“Lo siento”) tendría que saber decir un poquitín más de todo ello, o por lo menos intentarlo porque la poesía podría tener recorrido para ello; dicho queda como justificación de mi escrito. De cualquier forma, informarse, practicar, esta técnica milenaria constituye un auténtico hallazgo (“Gracias”) para todos los buscadores de armonía en estos tiempos convulsos (“Te amo”).

    Excelente ejercicio de militancia por la paz, estimado Sombras,
    un acierto este poema que proclama esa disciplina del Ho'oponopono,
    a través de algo tan simple como decir "lo siento", "gracias", "perdóname", "te amo";
    reducir el ego es el comienzo;
    Profundas y sabias tus letras;
