    Buscaré entre las piedras
    los ecos de la sombra,
    los sueños vacíos de los hombres invisibles,
    la matemática en la cuna de las madres generosas.

    Y por fuerza he de encontrarme con tu alma.

    Rasgaré los abrazos cerrados
    de las manos ultrajadas,
    el mármol que ampara la ternura,
    los manantiales de lágrimas
    bañadas por la lluvia de una nube rota.

    Y por fuerza he de encontrarme con tu alma.

    Despertaré a mi musa a medianoche
    para que baile en el perfume que desata pesadillas,
    con mis ojos de abril,
